Please note when a guest fails to show up for a reservation, or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, this does not allow enough notice for our service providers to book another reservation during that scheduled time. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule any reservation, a 24 hour notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of service(s) reserved. Failure to give any type of notice will be charged 100% value of service(s) reserved.
*You will be required to have a credit card or a gift card on file prior to booking your reservation. Our secure system will only charge your credit card/gift card for services if proper notice is not given. To cancel or reschedule your reservation you must call Solutions at 765.453.3617
Return Policy
-All returns will come in form of a salon credit, unless otherwise authorized.
-Retail products that have been used 25% or less may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Brushes and combs may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
-Non-returnable: equipment/appliances; please refer to manufacturers' warranty.
-Non-returnable and Non-refundable items include: Eminence, Bareminerals, Novalash, Fakebake, Babelash, Keune You, strip lashes, and nailcare.
Gratuities
We are happy to accept gratuities for our Service Providers and our Guest Services Team at your discretion. One exception is a standard 20% minimum gratuity to all corporate, bridal, birthday or any occasion spa parties.
Right to Refuse Service
Solutions has the right to refuse service to customers demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
