Your spa appointment time is scheduled to allow enough time for your experience. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete our personal data sheets. These are used to customize each service to your needs. To keep our estheticians and massage therapists on time for their following appointments, a late arrival will result in the service(s) being cut short or rescheduled.

Expectation of Spa Services

To begin a spa service, the esthetician or massage therapist will verify your information from our personal data sheets. Your massage room will be warm and comfortable with soft, soothing music playing. Most massage/body work is traditionally done unclothed; however you may decide what amount of clothing is comfortable for you. Your modesty will always be respected. A light oil/lotion will be applied during your massage to reduce skin friction and to moisturize your skin.
